Both at the same time? I hold the shirt in front of me, put my hands inside at the top of the sleeves and swing the shirt around my left side and as it comes around the back, my left arm slides in and then the right arm goes in as it comes down. It takes like 1.5 seconds to do. Hard to explain but much easier than putting one arm in and then fiddling around trying to find the other sleeve behind you.
