Would give it a TGIF, except Skype for Business when down this morning.
In my dealings with they guy that picked Freshstart...does not consider user interface and is easily distracted from the actual need by anything flashy. It looks like the system could keep inventory, but is so confusing and not setup for it.
Some of our users have boxed copies of Office, Project, etc, some we use 365. But not using any sort of deployment and licensing tracking. Seems to be done by whim.
