I'm under the impression that travel to Cuba for US citizens is off again since this administration came in. Others may know better, let's see.

Notice that all the replies are from Canadians, they have been free to travel there for years.

An American friend did go a couple of years ago, shortly after it opened up and took a bunch of vintage car parts and was a hit with the car clubs there.
