Why not? If it's paid for and it's close. To me the mechanical work is easy - it's the body and paint the discourages me. But with that paint and body so nice it would probably take a nice clay bar and wax - once you got it up to speed mechanically it would be pretty sweet and you'd get more money. But in the end you'd probably keep it.
Whatever you want to do, but like Matt says I would not split it.
