Coverage by the media could be a LOT better. As usual...most of it is about shock and awe....very little practicality.

What is needed:
Comprehensive primer/workshops on how to manage:
- Generator
- Property & vehicles
- Pets and livestock
- Communications
- Infrastructure (home, business, storage, etc.)
- Medical situations
- Insurance and FEMA assistance
- Provisions management
It's the year 2018 and we've been through heaps of storms/hurricanes and this is the best the media/government can do to inform the public?
