Have a quality protein shake for breakfast, mine is a cup of crushed ice, fill in the gaps with milk, add a half a banana and a decent protein powder.
And get your T levels checked. If low consider some T therapy. That can be as simple as saw palmetto and pumpkin seeds which make for a great alternative if you like to "snack"
The saw palmetto and pumpkin seeds are also good for your prostate.
Reduce the middle of the night bathroom runs and pee dribbling down the side of your leg from incomplete draining of the trouser snake.
