There was a similar incident at the Pearl Harbor Naval Base years ago when testing of the close in weapons system went wrong and half a dozen 20mm rounds got fired out into a Pearl City apartment. It was rumored the families got a MILLION each to be happy ever after! The CO, XO and Weapons Officer were all fired!
