pull the valve cover and check the rocker and head bolts.
if good start it back up.
if you rev it and it goes away it is a tensioner.
drove 250 miles on a bad tensioner. sounded like I had a major exhaust leak at idle.
thought my motor was toast as I did not know what it was until I got home.
