Seems every time I horse trade my services, my labor is worth $20 dollars an hour, and the other side wants $200.00 an hour .

I gave a concrete contractor 3 full days of my time. I pulled one motor from a dump truck, pulled the second motor, then installed the first motor into the dump truck.
3 full 10 hour days, + some .
He poured a sidewalk for me. Took him just shy of 3 days.
He tried to hit me with a giant bill afterwards , even though , we agreed time for time .
There are too many of these shady dudes who try to screw you around after the fact. I always get something in writing as opposed to a verbal agreement and this avoids the screwed over feeling you can get when a guy goes back on his word.
