Seattle, Cool, they bringing you to the mothership for "Training"?

Friend of mine works for Apple. He is top tier iPhone support. He works from home. He is only required to answer calls 4 hrs a day. And then it is usual Apple iPone support calling him with an issue they can't solve. The rest of the time he is free to do what he wants. He does have to use some of that time to keep up on the iPhones. bit he says that doesn't take much time. He likes to go in as a part time Genius at the local Apple store to keep up with his people skills, but it isn't required.
