Went out to Borrego Days in the east of our county last weekend. I wanted to go to their car show but missed it, since it was only one day - the day before I went. There was a rally of old Ford racers that came through on a 128 mile circuit. Some of the cars were beautiful, but I just got in on the tail end to take pictures. Those mostly driving were old guys dressed up like old racer guys. One stopped for a bathroom break, so I got a few close ups. I thought they had only two speed transmissions, but the guy driving the red car said it had two speeds at the flywheel, three in the transmission, and a two speed rear end.
