I agree with all of this until your price. A 2.2S engine by itself, if complete with all MFI stuff, is $25k by all day long. You've basically placed a 914-6 roller at no value. I'm going to double your number and say $40-50K assuming it is an actual sixer. If it's a 4 conversion like I just bought, more like $35K or less.
