So, no, you don't have to watch it. Unless you want to see a really cute 5 week old kitten and the big hearted man who stopped to peel her feet off the road. The kitten is o.k., the guy is a hero in my book, and it looks like they will live happily ever after, together.

So, yeah, what started out as a horrible story that would destroy one's faith in humanity, turned out in the end to restore one's faith in the basic goodness of most of us.

There is still an unspeakable cretin roaming around out there somewhere. Maybe someday he'll get caught or get his in some other way. I'm a big believer in karma, or what goes around comes around. He won't escape his fate. I take some measure of comfort in that. It would be nice to see when it actually catches up with him, though.
