has the cooler been out before under your watch? the rubber can get tired, or if you installed new and were not careful you can displace/pinch and they can be prone leak. the cooler looks super clean, was it sent out?

if there is no evidence of old, pinched cooler seals upon removal id consider sending it to pacific coolers for testing and cleaning. if one leaks they can braze stuff on the outer seams, others are considered junk if they can not repair it. they will send it back for reinstall if you can stand a cleaned cooler the drip,,, drip, drip.
