I would like to see Congress fine carriers for every one of these calls.
I would also like to see access to our cell network in the US be restricted and treated similar to a drivers license. If you are proven to be a telemarketer you lose your access to US phone networks.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
