My car's (2000 Boxster S) center console below the radio has all these wonderful buttons like DSP, DYN, POS, hifi, classic, pop, room, user, echo, M1, M2, and M3. This panel electronically is connected to nothing (zero power to them) though. My car does not even have any of these options. Would Porsche have put these in there to say this stuff is available. I know the car is a Launch car so maybe it was for advertising purposes. It's really weird.
I'm getting ready to put on BAT so I figure I should have an answer when asked. I have no idea.
Also, anyone have any idea how to change a post before it posts. I sent my info off to BAT and then realized I wanted to add a few things. I sent BAT a couple emails but got zero response.

I think it's unusual that you have buttons for stuff that you don't have, but it makes more sense if your car was used for display or something like that. They would have wanted it to look loaded, but they didn't have to actually spend the money to make it loaded. Interesting.
