Unfortunately I won’t be able to do much more on this car.
I got a dream career opportunity which will require lots of traveling, at least for 6 months starting in December.
So I really should thin the herd. This will be the 3rd 928 I planned to keep but ended up selling.
First one I got an offer I could not refuse.
Second one was during Lehman, I put up both my 930 and the 928 and the 928 sold first.
And now this.
If I can find reasonably priced protected parking I would keep it, so let’s see what I can find in the next little while. Paying $300 a month for a gravel parking spots is not cheap.

To make it perfect:
Slight rattle from the torque tube, possibility shifted bearings.
Dent on left front wing near side marker
Rear bumper clear coat peel
Minor dent on left and right rear fenders
Small rust around rear glass
Missing engine under guard
Oil pressure gauge doesn’t work due to digital dash/2 prong oil pressure sender incompatibility
ABS light on due to deteriorated wiring connectors
I will try to address some of those issues the longer I have it.
I basically have 2 weekends to do it and repair the bumper on my E430.
