Here's an ATE# from a few yrs. back # 3.2123-1003.3 don't know if it's stilll current. I would buy a kit from Steve Weiner though. The kit includes a longer actuating rod(necessary) and some angled fittings that make the lines hook up more convieniently.
You also need to have an aluminum crossmemeber for the big m/c.
