Think those speaking clocks like that only work in apartments.

Speaking of neighbors. My next door neighbor was using his shop vac to vacuum his yard the other day. And not to pick up leaves or clippings either.

He also has a couple of big squared off areas that he hasn't mowed for a couple of weeks.
The only thing I can think of is he only mows until his trash cans get full and stops because he doesn't want to use bags.
