With cooking oil, just pour it into a glass container until it hardens to a paste.
Use as free high-temp cooking for a few days or a week.
Toss after that.
If you have many many gallons of volume saved up and it's worth some stranger spending much gas money and time on, put it on freecycle or craiglist/free or contact some local biodiesel manufacturer.
