I don't deep fry often, and when I do get an accumulation of used vegetable oil, I make sure its fairly free of solids, and dump it in my home heating oil tank just before I get a fill up.. the filter and water separator ( which I added as an extra) catch any gunk.. and anyway one or two gallons mixed with 200 gal of heating oil.... never had a problem and been doing it for years.. I do own a diesel truck but and have mixed it in the trucks fuel.... but z i like the lesser concentration in my home heating oil..
