Any decent scope will increase visibility and apparent brightness on a decently moonlit night.
That said, tree stand, bait pile, shotgun, maybe a red dot sight or glow in the dark front bead. I'd go for smaller shot like #4 buck or BB or similar "bird" shot, full or modified choke.
