I did make mental note of the valves location within the head and then manually turned the motor over and it did in fact move, but being solo I wasn’t able to watch it. Sadly car is not at the house so getting my wife to come across town for a 30s job isn’t likely. Will try to wiggle in the AM and report back.
Forgot to mention in my first post that the motor does turn over by hand with relative ease.
