Belize is still part of the British Commonwealth, likely why JB is asking is the official language is english. They may not have a extradition treaty (don't know), but it doesn't mean they won't. It's more likely the treaty matters would fall into the British courts.
You are better in a country that hates the US...I hear NK is lovely this time of year. Argentina or Iran may also be a good choice.
