Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal,

I've visited 12 of those countries and the place I'd pick to hide out in would be Montenegro, safe, good standard of living, scenic coast with a clear blue sea, mountains with snow in the winter, people are friendly, food was good but you couldn't speak Merican as a lot of people only understand English
