Reality is someone will do a top end and maybe a lot more on this car. Add 7-20k somewhere down the road.
Thats just motor. Suspension and other wearable will come into play. Or, like some drive it till it breaks then fix.
I am putting 20-25k into my 1988 911. At 155k mi time for engine rebuild, suspension and interior. Just a timing thing. 3.2s will need valve job and clutch at a minimum around this mileage.
Great cars but at 30 years and 100k mi someone will be spending money on top of car purchase, in less already done.
This said there are stories of 200k mi cars on original clutch and engine un touched.
