I've looked at late '20's, early 30's Maxwells, Oaklands, Studebakers, DeSoto's Hudsons, Buicks, Olds.
I cannot find that grille shape anywhere. Maybe something like an Essex, or a Terraplane... I don't know. Google-fu is weak.
The hubcaps remind me of Dodge Bros, and that little emblem in the middle of the headlight bar sparks a "Plymouth" reaction somewhere in my brain.
I don't think it's a Chevy either
The lack of fancy bits suggests a working man's car, but the size of it says Look At Me!!
Maybe it's a hotrod!
