You really want "double locking" casters, where the wheel and the swivel both lock - unless you need the leveling feature.
We mostly buy stainless which are more expensive but something like this should work fine:

BTW - That's not the kind of thing where Amazon usually has the best deals.
Casters are a PITA to specify - way to much variation in wheel material, bearings, locking etc etc.
