I expect there is an 'out.' considering the seller stated the 'floorboards have been replaced.' And I don't think applying fiberglass patches really validates that claim.
But really, it's not as if the seller had ever said the engine turns over or that it had ever run in the chassis, or that the chassis was professionally repaired...
