93-96 Camaro V6 had 160 hp. 0-60 about 9 sec
97-01 Camaro V6 has 200 hp. 0-60 in 7.3 sec

Automatics are a bit slower. I don't think a 944 na (0-60) has a chance against a newer V6 5 spd Camaro.
