Seems that things are calming down a bit but the local, excited, buyers who are really jonesin' for a nice 911 seem to be willing to shell out the cash for a nice one when in front of it...a la the flip.

I helped a guy sell a nice '83, paint to sample, 3 years back and he was elated to take $27k. Told him it was being undersold, he was happy to get rid of it. Buyer ended up flipping it with an asking of $38k...
