Even money, I’d take a well-maintained, higher mile 997.2 PDK over the lower mile 997.1 all day (unless you’re talking the turbos, then it’s a toss-up).
- Updated bumpers
- Updated PCM
- 9A1 engine is better than the M96/97 (even with the later M97 engines having fewer failures, the still get reported)
- PDK is generally reliable; shifts faster than you; can be flashed (COBB) to shift even faster if you want.
