Net weight impact is about 120lbs. We have some offsetting savings since we remove the flywheel, starter motor and go to a light weight battery (since the 12v system is not starting the engine).
Our MGU and controller sit in back, and battery module goes in the trunk. the 12v battery savings is close in location to our battery module weight. The flywheel/starter motor savings are close in location to the MGU and controller addition. All-in weight distribution moves forward slightly, but not dramatically. Filling the tank with fuel is a much bigger shift.
