I've had this in my garage for a while now but just got around to using it and wow, for such a cheap tool, it works great. It's called a Gutter Getter and I think it was about $5 at Harbor Freight.
Its just a molded plastic scoop that is designed to fit into a gutter to clean it out. It really worked great and made cleaning out my gutter almost too easy. It also happened to work great at cleaning out a channel drain.
