I would probably turn it off if it were mine. It only stopped at a stoplight and not a stop sign so I think it has to be stopped a certain amount to go off. I would certainly want some clingy oil in the engine.
It only stops the engine once it was up to operating temp as well. You know, when the oil has less viscosity!
