Sorry, but no e-cars are cool. No e-cars look good. A car is visceral, exciting, and fun because little metal plates twist (or slide) open, liquid fuel is introduced, and glorious barely controlled exposions occur a very short time later. Unspent combustion products come bellowing out the tailpipe in a glorious manner. Electrons moving from higher potential to lower potential just doesn't cut it. It may be efficient, it may be effective, it may be the future, but it aint sexy!
BTW, neither 356's or (real) 911's have front grilles, and I think most on this forum agree that they are good looking cars.
