After getting to drive a Performante on Mulholland it's pretty staggering how quick some of these super cars are without feeling like it. They belong on the track imo or require a separate license from the DMV to be driven on public roads.

That is an interesting idea. Although I'm not one for infringing ANY rights but it may be wise to require an advanced driving course for operating cars with a certain power/weight ratio.
