Add to that the fact that if we opt NOT to use the product due to cost we may die, limp, or suffer in pain - or worse, watch a loved one die, limp, or suffer in pain and it is not a buyer's market. There is no free market solution to paying for health care.

Right again. We spend almost half of our health care dollars on the last year to year and a half of life. Here is a great article on the subject. There IS a solution, as demonstrated by LaCrosse Wisconsin. Sara Palin set the solution back a decade with her "death panels" demagoguery.
