Probably a good idea to trade into a new rig Hugh, from what I read on the RV forums 4 to 5 year opens the window to lots of repairs, equipment replacement, and the coming of leaks with their issues.
The Winny sure does come in lots of floor plans, surely you will find one that suits you needs and desires.

I'm liking that camper van choice, but would want the longer wheel based stretch version. A little space for a galley as well as the bed. Front chairs would need to rotate to face the rear.

Baz, one draw back to the trailer and tow vehicle is access to remote surf spots and room to park and get turned once there. A van really gives more nimble and rough terrain Capibility. And a more compact foot print.

That Vixen looks great for a easy to drive and park longer term cruiser. Not sure about the build quality. But if it's well built would be worth fixing up and renewing it for some years of camping and touring fun. 30 mpg. Wow!

Cheers Richard
