I have a 2007 Cayman with 141,000 miles and drive it everyday. Obvious things like brakes, suspension, headlight and taillight bulbs needed replacing. Starter bendix was sticking so I replaced that. Water pump was done around 100,000 due to leaking. Other than tires car has had no “major” issues
