Got to finally see Jake Shimabukuro live in concert last night. The Greatest Day tour was an amazing performance!! It is absolutely mind blowing the sound he can get from that ukulele, especially paired with a bass and an electric guitar. Played some of the greats such as Hendrix, his song he wrote for the movie “Go for Broke”, a documentary on the 442nd in WWII, others and finished out the night with Bohemian Rhapsody with audience participation with the lyrics.
He is as genuine in person as he comes across is his videos and social media sites. For those that don’t know his music.
Sound better with headphones unless you have good computer speakers.
