Thanks for the info. Funny you should mention Benz/Jeep diesel. THAT is my current DD, - a 2102 e350 Bluetec. I literally just did the dreaded oil cooler seal repair - $2500 - this week. Cost are 80% in labor (very fiddley repair). That said I am at 99,785 miles. Most 2012's BT's needed this fix at the 60k mile mark. I am claiming the record for my 2012 as the most miles on the original oil cooler seal.  Despite this design flaw, I still dig the Benz. It just goes and gets crazy good gas mileage. Great highway crusier - whcih I do for work.
