Pinto beans and rice - with fixins
Hummus and something to dip in it?
Lots of fruit is always good
A bowl with a bunch of stuff in it. A grain, some veggies, maybe some dressing. Can be great.
Smoothie is easy
Bread and something to put on it. Avacado maybe?
