Your rear seat area looks pretty good!
I would pull the floor boards and check the peddle cluster. That's a low point in the floor and lots of stuff collects there. The cluster probably could stand a rebuilt anyway.
Check your tunnel fuel lines for signs of leakage while you're in there.
