OMG, you guys are dealing with the same crap I have put up with for 30 years now. When she comes home from work, she will sit in her car on the phone for 5 minutes while the dogs are going crazy. An appointment time for her means that we should get in the car to leave a full 5 minutes before we need to be there.
I am early to every appt. I have, she is never early, and gets mad when I suggest that she call and explain that she will be arriving late.
