Blowing them out will not get them clean. The better way is to make a jig to connect to the electrical connection and provide switched power to that connection. Hook a Mity-vac up to the top of the injector and put a vacuum on it. With the injector in the Seafoam, switch the power off and on continuously until the seafoam begins to draw up and through the injector.
Don't leave the power on: you don't want to burn out the tiny solenoids in the injectors.

I use Berryman B12, but seafoam will work fine I'm sure.
