I have finally been authorized by the CIC to get another dog, we lost our family Gordon Setter last February at 13. He was exactly what we needed, and so we are in line for another Gordon. This one will be my 3rd Gordon. In my opinion, they're as fine breed as you can get. Loyal, calm (until in the field) protective, big enough to be scary to non-dog people and not too difficult to groom unless you show them.
One of the 10 pups, a female, will be ours at the end of January. Dozer (dad) and Ember shown too.
