I hear what you're saying and thinking I would have handled things differently - starting by not using cuss words for one.
But on the other hand.....these guys have been doing this for a while and what we are seeing is what they have gone through many times before and are probably "up to here" with it and tired of getting these dirt bag idiots trying to burn them.
I'm sure the majority of Uber/Lyft rides go smoothly but just like watching the nightly news.....You Tube not going to show you those......'shock and awe' win the day.....
I've never used either Uber or Lyft - so for me this is a bit educational....
