No quotas any more office365 gives you too much 100GB default more doesn't cost just have to turn it on.
Where it cost is archiving their mailbox when they leave the company. Storing all those gigs for 7 years.
Oh yeah, if you get over 20,000 messages in a folder, like sent items, it corrupts the local pst and Outlook won't open.
We've had that happen recently.
