I would call your local Rolex store.
I have a Tudor also, and have found out that the technicians and parts used on a Tudor are different than the Rolex models. Therefore, you probably will want to send it to RUSA (Probably in TX) for service. They have a group of Tudor technicians and the correct parts there.
I have taken my Rolex to a local guy (not at a Rolex dealer), and I think he’s not as good.
Non dealers are not able to get factory parts.
